Metrobank in the Philippines is seeking a Cash Management Services Specialist to ensure accurate and timely cash transfers between branches and the BSP. The role also involves replenishing cash at offsite and selected onsite ATMs and coordinating client deposit pickups.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and coordination skills, and willingness to perform fieldwork. Rank and File position within the Enterprise Services Sector / Operations Group / Cash Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Business-related course would be an advantage but not required.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Must have good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for accurate and prompt cash transfers among branches and BSP.
• Replenishes cash on offsite/selected onsite ATMs and ensures deposit pick-up schedules are met.
• Supports cash handling processes and maintains documentation and reporting.
• Collaborates with branches and internal teams to ensure cash management efficiency.
