Job summary

RCBC is seeking an Operations Support professional in Angeles, Philippines. The role involves assisting the Operations Manager to oversee the Support Center’s day-to-day operations, including cash vault management, deposit pickups, and cash cube activities to ensure accurate reconciliations and vault integrity.

Ideal candidates have a business-related degree (accounting preferred) and exposure to cash-handling transactions to support smooth cash operations across ATMs and downstream settlement

Qualifications

• A graduate of any business-related course; accounting graduate is an advantage.
• Exposure to cash handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the cash-in vault, deposit pick-ups, cash cube operations, ATMs cash loading, outward clearing, reconciliation of billings and extended vault transactions.
• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the Support Center.
