• Assist leadership with documentation and data for auditors.

About the role

A Cash Operations Clerk ensures the financial integrity of the company by maintaining accurate and secure cash operations. You will be responsible for precise cash counting, rigorous reconciliation, and careful management of transaction data. By proactively identifying discrepancies and safeguarding assets, you play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and trust of our financial ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, count, and verify large sums of money and checks, ensuring all remittances match the expected intake
• Verify daily kiosk records against monitoring dashboards (eTap and ecPay) to ensure physical cash on hand matches digital records
• Encode and maintain high‑standard digital logs, including daily trigger logs and bank CIV, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting policies
• Immediately report and document any variances to superiors to ensure rapid resolution and policy adherence
• Assist leadership by providing necessary documentation and data evidence for internal and external auditors
• Adhere to security protocols for the storage and transport of cash, ensuring zero loss or unauthorized access
• Provide cash management support to other offices when required
• Lead end‑to‑end processes for specialized initiatives like e‑Puhunan and other innovative fintech programs
