Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Cash Management Services Analyst to assist in supervising the daily operation of the CMS unit, manage branch CIV and offsite ATMs, and act as vault custodian. The role emphasizes identifying and driving process innovations, risk control, people development, and stakeholder relationship management.

The position requires strong data analysis, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Macros skills, plus leadership potential and good communication.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or other data-driven programs.
Proficient in Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Macros.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrates initiative and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily cash inputs and balances across divisions and bank-wide operations.
Track CMS performance metrics, including cash in vault balances, ATM availability, productivity, and other operational indicators.
Handle division projects involving data analytics and process improvement initiatives, such as costing and cost allocation.
Monitor error rates, productivity metrics, budget utilization, and operational reports.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for CMSU leadership.
Performs all other activities that may arise in the course of implementing cash management services of the Bank.
