Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Cash Management Services Specialist to ensure accurate and timely cash transfers among branches and BSP, and to replenish ATM cash as needed.

You will support fieldwork, handle cash services, and develop skills in documentation and reporting while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• Business related course would be an advantage but not required.
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Must have good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork.

Job Summary

• Responsible for the accurate and prompt cash transfers among branches and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) branch. Replenishes cash on offsite/selected onsite Automated Teller Machines and ensures deposit pick-up schedules by clients are met without delay.

Role Exposure

• Enhance your skills in volume cash handling, customer service, documentation, and reporting
• Learn to handle cash accept machines and to service Metrobank branches for cash needs and surrenders
• Improve your interpersonal and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
