You will assist Case Managers by handling client cases from intake to resolution, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with regulations. Strong attention to detail and empathetic client communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the finance, customer service, administration, or debt management industry (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Support Case Managers in managing client portfolios and progressing cases efficiently
• Review, prepare, and process client documentation and agreements
• Liaise with creditors and financial institutions
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases and obtain any clarifications required for creditors
• Ensure all records and processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards
• Assist with dispute resolution and provide administrative support as needed
• Maintain professional, clear, and empathetic communication with clients
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client outcomes
