Job summary

SLI Consulting Inc. in the Philippines is hiring an Integration Analyst to drive system-to-system integrations for banking programs, including deposits-related interfaces such as CASA or Time Deposit.

You will translate business requirements into functional integration specs, collaborate with analysts, architects, vendors, and testing teams, and support SIT and end-to-end testing. Candidates should have hands-on experience with APIs, batch/file interfaces, event-driven processing, and end-to-end

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as an Integration Analyst or System Analyst or similar role.
• Proven exposure to system integrations within large-scale banking or financial services programs.
• Experience delivering core banking or deposits-related integrations (e.g., CASA, Time Deposit).
• Hands-on work on system-to-system integrations (APIs, batch/file interfaces, event-driven processing).
• Experience on at least 3 end-to-end projects; multi-stakeholder coordination favored.

Responsibilities

• Analyze deposits business requirements and translate them into functional integration requirements across channels, payments, GL, reporting, regulatory, and downstream systems.
• Identify gaps in business requirements and follow up with end-users to detail integration requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and platform teams to align designs with target-state architecture and deposits processing rules.
• Perform interface-level fit-gap analysis against core banking products and existing platforms; identify gaps and required design decisions.
• Capture non-functional requirements including performance, resiliency, security, auditability, and recoverability.
• Support integration solution design workshops with internal teams and the core banking vendor.
• Manage integration requirement baselines, including change impact assessment across interfacing systems.
• Coordinate SIT planning and execution and support end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Develop test cases, test plans and test data for requirements.
• Review testing results to ensure alignment with deposits rules.
• Report testing results and defects with timely communication to business and IT.
• Ensure testing documentation is maintained per IT policies and guidelines.

Job description

• 5–8 years of experience as a Integration Analyst or System Analyst or similar role, with exposure to system integrations within large-scale banking or financial services programs.
• Proven experience delivering core banking or deposits-related integrations, including CASA and/or Time Deposit products.
• Hands-on experience working on system-to-system integrations, such as APIs, batch/file-based interfaces, and event-driven processing.
• Part of the execution team for a minimum of 3 projects, and should have worked end-to-end on those projects from requirements gathering to deployment
• Past experience with managing multi-stakeholder projects will be highly favourable
• Knowledge Area Understand the high-level processes, products and integration patterns in financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure non-functional integration requirements are captured, including performance, resiliency, security, auditability, and recoverability.
• Support integration solution design workshops with internal teams and the core banking vendor.
• Manage and maintain integration requirement baselines, including change impact assessment across interfacing systems.
• Work with delivery and integration teams to plan and coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and support end-to-end testing scenarios.
• Develop the test cases, test plan and test data for the requirements.
• Review and validate integration test scenarios and results to ensure alignment with deposits business rules and processing outcomes.
• Administer test execution and result reporting in compliance with IT policies, procedures and guidelines
• Regulate and maintain testing documents (test cases, testing plans and reports)
• Report results and defects in a timely manner to business and IT, and work closely with them to develop solutions
• Ensure integration designs and deliverables support operational readiness, including monitoring, exception handling, and support processes.
