Job summary

Trax Technologies, a cloud-based provider of freight invoice auditing and payment solutions, is seeking a Carrier Onboarding Coordinator (Pooling) in the Philippines. You will support deployment activities, onboard carriers, and coordinate testing through go-live while liaising with PMs and stakeholders.

You will need 2+ years in IT project coordination, familiarity with Smartsheet/Jira/Confluence, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of IT project coordination or deployments experience.
• Freight Audit & Pay & Transportation Logistics operations or related function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of common logistics operations and invoicing processes.
• Contact center/back-office or shared services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in carrier deployment activities and drive tasks with minimal supervision.
• On-board carriers from initial stage through testing to go-live (MTP).
• Track and report carrier deployment status to PM and stakeholders.
• Set up internal and external meetings, provide minutes and status updates.
• Resolve issues between Carriers, Internal Team, and Customers.
• Update deployment tickets and Smartsheet to keep stakeholders informed.
• Analyze risks and opportunities in deployments.
• Monitor onboarding progress and handle issues as they arise.
• Act as point of contact and communicate deployment status to stakeholders.
• Ensure training, kickoff, and regular calls are organized as needed.
• Demonstrate analytical, data reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service.
• Show leadership and team collaboration in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities/ Key Job Functions:

• Assist Project Manager (PM) in all carrierdeploymentactivities by driving and managing their own set of tasks without requiring daily guidance and assignments from the PM or Department Manager
• Responsible for on-boarding the carrier from the initial stage, coordinate testing, until go live (MTP)
• Track and manage carrierdeploymentactivities with the status report submitted to the PM and stakeholders on a regular basis
• Setup internal and external meetings with the carrier and provide meeting minutes and status of the carrierdeployment
• Resolve issues between Carriers, Internal Team, and Customers (internal and external)
• Update relateddeploymenttickets and Smartsheet on a regular basis so stakeholdersareupdated on the status of the carrierdeployment
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Monitor project on-boarding progress and handle any issues that arise

Education, Experience & Certification Basic Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4-year course or a bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ experience in IT project coordination or IT projectdeployments,
• Freight Audit & Pay & Transportation Logistics, operations, process improvement or related function
• Proficiency with Microsoft office
• Familiarity with Smartsheet is a plus
• Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of common logistics operations and invoicing process
• Contact center/back-office operations or shared service operations experience is a plus
