Job summary

CITADEL is looking for a finance support professional in Parañaque, Philippines. This role involves assisting with AWB encoding, cargo transaction recording, and preparing inventory reports. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of finance experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in AWB encoding, validation, and cargo transaction recording
• Support preparation of cargo sales reports, tonnage reports, and CAB submissions
• Assist in reconciliation of airway bill disputes (agents and principals)
• Support accounts receivable monitoring, follow‑ups, and collection tracking
• Assist in preparation of collection receipt journals and documentation
• Provide support in disbursement processing (APV, CV, reimbursements, petty cash)
• Assist in document scanning, audit requirements, and report submissions
• Perform other finance/admin support tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, at least 1 year
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of accounting processes (AR/AP, reporting)
• High attention to detail for encoding and reconciliation tasks

• Willing to learn cargo accounting systems (UC360, airline systems)
