Job summary

Naluri - Employee Health & Wellness is seeking a Careline Counsellor in the Philippines to support members’ mental and physical health using behavioural science, data insights and digital design.

You will answer emotional support calls, assess clients, help with coping strategies, and keep confidential records while coordinating with Careline Admin to ensure continuity of care. Shift-based scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology is required.
• PRC psychologist licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for emotional support and assess clients through conversations and observations.
• Help clients with coping strategies and maintain confidential records.
• Build trustful relationships and coordinate with Naluri Careline Admin for continuity of care.
• Conduct assessments to determine appropriate interventions and document outcomes.
• Maintain shift-based availability to meet service location needs.
• Engage with clients in English and Tagalog, and regional languages as needed.

We are looking for a Careline Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will be involved in our mission to improve our consumers' mental and physical health via behavioural science, data science, and digital design.

Who we're looking for

Education and Professional Certification

• Possess a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology,
• and ;
• Passed the Psychologist Licensure Examination administered by, and registered with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in counselling/mental health sector;
• Proficiency in English and Tagalog (both spoken and written). Proficiency in one or more regional languages preferred (such as Cebuano, Ilokano, Hiligaynon, or Bicolano), depending on the service location and client population.

What you’ll be doing

• Answering calls for emotional support;
• Assessing clients through detailed conversations, exploration, and observations to determine the appropriate intervention;
• Assisting clients with coping strategies;
• Keeping confidential records;
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients;
• Liaising with Naluri Careline Admin to ensure continuity of care when necessary;
• Able to work a shift schedule.
