Job summary

Lyra Health seeks an associate psychologist to support mental health delivery in Pampanga and Baguio, Philippines. You will provide counselling sessions in-person and via telehealth, following Lyra's clinical standards and ensuring private, professional spaces for sessions.

The role requires an RPsy or RGC license, English fluency, and the ability to work independently with a remote team. You will coordinate with Lyra's care teams and manage timely documentation and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) licensed to practice in the Philippines.
• Experience in providing counselling or therapy services.
• Must have a safe, private, and professional space for in-person sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
• Timely completion of documentation and administrative requirements.
• Comfortable using digital tools/platforms for sessions and case management.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with a remote team.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
• Passion for improving access to mental health care and commitment to the organization's mission.

Role Description

This is an associate role supporting Lyra Health's delivery of mental health services in Pampanga and Baguio, Philippines. In this role, you will provide counselling/therapy sessions to clients (via in-person and virtual settings), while adhering to Lyra's clinical and service standards. Associates are expected to have access to a suitable, private, and professional venue to conduct in-person sessions.

Associates will receive client referrals from Lyra and are expected to manage their session scheduling, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure a high standard of care. The role involves periodic coordination with Lyra's care and operations team to support seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Professional Qualification: Must be a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) licensed to practice in the Philippines
