Job summary

SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE in Quezon City is seeking a US-licensed Registered Nurse with active US and PRC licenses.

The role requires at least 2 years of bedside experience after PH license registration, preferably with BPO exposure, and a strong focus on customer service and communication. You must be prepared to work graveyard or shifting schedules, and have a stable 50 Mbps internet connection with a backup.

Qualifications

• Active US license (valid for at least 6 months)
• Active PRC license (valid for at least 6 months)
• 2 years bedside experience after PH license registration (hospital or clinic)
• BPO experience is a plus
• Good customer service orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work graveyard shift or shifting schedule
• Within Metro Manila or Nearby Provinces (Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan)
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City (if needed)
• WAH ready
• Must have stable internet connection (at least 50mbps) with back up internet
