Job summary

Capgemini in the Philippines (Metro Manila) is seeking a Senior QA Lead to own and govern functional and automated testing across Cards initiatives, ensuring readiness for new platform implementations, product launches, and Visa certification.

You will define test strategy, coordinate across SIT, UAT, and certification phases, and manage defects, risks, and test progress with banks, product teams and vendors to support go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in functional/automation testing, QA or test management.
• Experience with Cards systems implementations and payment platform migrations.
• Hands-on testing across SIT, UAT and Visa/Mastercard certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy for Cards programs.
• Govern functional testing across SIT, UAT, and scheme certification phases.
• Coordinate with banks, product teams and vendors on test planning.
• Manage defect triage, prioritisation and reporting.
• Track testing progress and readiness for go-live.
