Job summary

Capgemini in the Philippines (Metro Manila) is seeking a Senior QA Lead to own and govern functional and automated testing across Cards initiatives, ensuring readiness for new platform implementations, product launches, and Visa certification.

You will define test strategy, coordinate across SIT, UAT, and certification phases, and manage defects, risks, and test progress with banks, product teams and vendors to support go-live readiness.

Your Role

Own and govern functional testing across Cards initiatives, ensuring quality and readiness for new Cards platform implementations, product launches, and Visa certification, through structured test governance and stakeholder coordination.

• Define and own test strategy, scope, and approach for Cards programs.


• Govern functional testing across SIT, UAT, and scheme (Visa) certification phases.


• Coordinate with bank, product teams, and vendors on test planning and execution.


• Manage defect triage, prioritisation, and reporting.


• Track testing progress, risks, and readiness for platform go-live and product launch.

Your Profile

• At least 8 years of experience in functional/automation testing, quality assurance, or test management, preferably within the banking or payments industry.


• Proven experience in Cards systems implementations, card product launches, and payment platform migrations.


• Hands-on experience managing testing activities across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and scheme certification testing (Visa and/or Mastercard).


• Strong understanding of Visa certification requirements, card issuing and acquiring processes, and payment transaction flows.


• Demonstrated ability to track testing progress, manage risks, and ensure readiness for platform go-live and product launches.


• Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
