Job summary

JWay Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong Cards domain expertise to lead and govern functional testing across Cards initiatives.

You will establish the overall test strategy, coordinate testing activities across bank product teams and vendors, manage defects, and provide visibility into testing progress, risks, and go-live readiness, ensuring quality for platform implementations and product launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Test Management, QA Management, or Test Governance.
• Experience supporting Cards programs within banking or financial services.
• Experience coordinating SIT and UAT testing and Visa certification.
• Strong defect management and test progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the test strategy, scope, and governance for Cards programs.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and Visa certification testing across teams.
• Manage defects and provide visibility on progress, risks, and readiness.
• Collaborate with bank product teams, tech, and external vendors.
• Ensure readiness for go-live and product launches.
