Job summary

ISSI Corp is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the complete setup and day-to-day operations of a new Cardiology Clinic. You will oversee licensing, facility readiness, staffing, and systems implementation to ensure high-quality patient care and sustainable growth.

As the clinic becomes operational, you will manage daily operations, patient flow, schedules, and staff performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, management, hospitality management, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 2 years of management, operations, project management, or administrative leadership experience.
• Experience in clinic setup, business startup, healthcare operations, licensing, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, setup, and launch of the Cardiology Clinic.
• Coordinate clinic accreditation, licensing, permits, and compliance with government and healthcare regulations.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, vendors, contractors, and service providers during clinic establishment.
• Oversee facility preparation, equipment procurement, and installation.
• Develop clinic policies, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Implement and manage medical records, scheduling, billing, and patient management systems.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise clinic staff.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations, patient privacy requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage daily clinic operations, patient flow, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, productivity, and operational performance.
