Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking an Acquisitions Marketing & Alternative Channels Program Officer to develop and launch acquisition programs for new and existing credit card customers. You will work with product management, risk, sales, technology, data science, CRM, operations, and finance to drive growth and profitability.

The role focuses on growing the cardholder base, ensuring timely program launches, and delivering measurable results across departments within the Unsecured

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing within Banking and Finance.
• Knowledge of credit card metrics (customer base, billings, revolve rate, approval rate, etc.).
• Strong financial acumen for campaign and program success.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Skills in negotiation, presentation, project management, communication, business acumen, and analytical thinking.
• Leadership, collaboration, and an innovation mindset are desirable attributes.

Responsibilities

• Delivers growth in cardholder base and profitability of acquisition programs.
• Presents and obtains approval for program plans and targets with department and division heads.
• Manages financial tracking of acquisition program budget allocations.
• Identifies opportunities to improve acquisition programs and participates in new program development.
• Ensures successful and timely launch of acquisition initiatives.
• Collaborates with divisions and departments within the Unsecured Lending and Cards Group to drive business volumes and receivables.
