Job summary

Suzuki Auto Pangasinan - Sales Department is seeking a sales/telemarketing associate to generate warm prospects and drive vehicle sales. The role emphasizes outbound calls, lead qualification, and coordination for Show UP/Test Drive/Credit applications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field, is bilingual in English and Filipino, and writes professional emails. A basic salary plus government benefits is provided, with a performance-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communications or related field; fresh graduates accepted.
• Experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; proficient with computer applications.
• Able to write business letters/emails; strong customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate 10 warm prospects (Show UP, Test Drive, and/or Credit Application) for every prospective sale.
• Achieve minimum sales of 3 units.
• Maintain a solid grasp of Internet Sales, Autodeal, ZigWheels, and other New Normal sales strategies.
• We provide a basic salary with SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig benefits (no allowance-based arrangement).
