Responsibilities

• Assists customers, Marketing Professionals, and Insurance Specialists with claims relating to car body and paint.
• Collects and examines necessary claim requirements.
• Requests estimates and pictures from the Service Department’s Body and Paint Service Advisor.
• Prepares documents and submits them to the respective insurer.
• Safekeeps claim documents.
• Secures the Letter of Authority from the insurer and follows up as needed.
• Submits additional requirements for an additional LOA when required.
• Provides updates to customers, Marketing Professionals, and Insurance Specialists.
• Prepares necessary reports.
