Qualifications

• High school diploma required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment, sheet metal or fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing operations and part placement in jigs.
• Perform riveting, bonding, torquing with required qualifications.
• Use torque wrenches, drills, and sanders as needed.
• Carry out inspections and tests following ALSTOM guidelines.
• Read blueprints and set up jigs/fixtures for production.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area daily.
