Job summary

Omerta Inc. is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage supervisor to oversee the assigned section, ensuring smooth operation and high service standards.

You will direct and monitor daily activities, brief your team, assist attendants, handle guest concerns, ensure proper service and billing, and perform routine checks. This role emphasizes proactive leadership and attention to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directs/Monitors/Supervises the operation/activities of the assigned section.
• Briefs subordinates daily and sets up the section/outlet before operation.
• Assists all food attendants in duties and responsibilities.
• Attends to guest problems/complaints and reports to supervisor via log book.
• Ensures Food and Beverage ordered are served, accounted for, and paid by guests.
• Performs on-the-spot checks of waiter service standards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job description

• Conducts daily briefing within his subordinates as well as physical set-up of section/outlet before setting the operation.

• Assists all food attendants under his/her section in performing his/her duties and responsibilities.

• Attends to problems/complaints from the guests and reports them to immediate supervisor and record through log book.

• Sees to it that Food and Beverage ordered are served and properly accounted and paid by the guest concerned.

• Conducts on the spot checking of all waiter service standards in the assigned outlet/section.

• Performs all other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
