Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Financial modeling skills are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing funding strategies and determine optimal funding mix based on market conditions.
• Coordinate with potential underwriters to form syndicates for capital market transactions.
• Assist in negotiating pricing and structuring capital market issuances.
• Prepare prospectuses and transaction-related agreements with relevant departments.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor briefings, and investor caravans with underwriters and legal counsels.
• Coordinate with business units on capital market issuance requirements, including credit rating activities.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process waivers and consents related to outstanding issuances.
