The role involves data integrity, financial modelling, due diligence, and documentation for internal and external processes, with opportunities to mentor analysts and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, preferably in SE Asia.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated and able to operate independently, drawing from previous transaction experience to hit the ground running.

Responsabilités

• Prepare materials for origination efforts and execute live ECM/M&A transactions.
• Conduct research, due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation.
• Assist with administrative duties (e.g. roadshows, reporting) and documentation for internal/external processes.
• Maintain data integrity and support the broader team, including mentoring analysts and interns.
