Responsibilities

• Monitor the ServiceNow queue for incidents, requests and tasks and prioritize work.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on devices, OS, networks and software.
• Provide remote troubleshooting with clear, step-by-step guidance to end users.
• Create and route incidents in ServiceNow per documented processes.
• Attend project meetings and give technical input on implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve advanced issues and drive timely outcomes.
• Mentor teammates and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies.
