Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Capital Markets Ops Analyst for the Wealth Solutions Center. This role delivers frontline service and problem resolution for Wealth clients, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Work setup is Return to Office with shifts between Monday and Friday (8 AM to 8 PM) and Saturday (8 AM to 5 PM). The role requires current work authorization in the Philippines and collaborative engagement with in-market Wealth

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem resolution support for Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Maintain understanding of banking products, processes, and programs; stay updated on changes.
• Identify solutions and address issues for clients with complex financial needs while ensuring compliance.
• Build professional relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners to meet client needs.
• Manage complex service issues and day-to-day transactional needs for Wealth clients, meeting SLAs.
