Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Capital Markets Ops Sr Analyst to join the Wealth Digital Omni team in Manila. This on-site role focuses on delivering reliable application support for Wealth Advisors and clients, maintaining service continuity, and coordinating with global teams.

You will monitor incidents, guide teammates, and communicate with stakeholders on production issues, trends, and resolutions, while collaborating with business, operations, technology, and vendors to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of wealth management or financial digital banking support experience.
• Experience supporting Wealth Advisors and high-net-worth clients.
• Able to work across digital wealth applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead day-to-day support for Wealth Digital Omni team.
• Serve as SME for wealth applications and support processes.
• Provide guidance to team, prioritize work, resolve issues.
• Support incident resolution and service recovery for app issues.
• Deliver proactive, clear stakeholder communications on issues.
• Collaborate with business, operations, tech and vendors to improve service.
