Job summary

Allianz Philippines in Makati is seeking a Workload and Capacity Management Officer to optimize resource distribution across teams and projects. You will analyze workloads, forecast capacity needs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

You will conduct capacity assessments, forecast future demand based on strategy, and develop detailed plans to align resources with anticipated workload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in Capacity Management, Workload Management, ITSM, Operations, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data modeling and statistical analysis.
• Competency in using Capacity Planning and Monitoring Tools like MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, or enterprise CWM software.
• Excellent communication skills, especially presenting data to management and technical teams.
• ITIL knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning and Forecasting: assess capacity, forecast demand, develop capacity plans.
• Workload Analysis and Allocation: monitor workloads, adjust resource allocation, avoid burnout, ensure SLAs.
