Job summary

CATERING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent cleaner stationed at Kallang to maintain cleanliness of the canteen and surrounding areas. The role requires physical cleaning tasks and adherence to hygiene standards, with responsibilities spanning tables, chairs, toilets, and workstations.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, able to work independently or in a team, and willing to perform dishwashing when needed, including cleaning dining areas during assigned hours.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; relevant cleaning experience is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing for extended periods and handling cleaning equipment.
• Familiar with basic hygiene practices and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to clean dining areas, tables, floors, plates, cutleries and waste disposal areas.
• Willing to carry out dishwashing duties when required.
• Able to work the assigned canteen operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of common area.
• Ensure the premise is always kept clean.
• Clearing of small bins in common areas.
• General cleaning of the canteen premises such as tables, chairs and toilets.
• Cleaning and wiping workstations
• Maintain, at all times, a neat and clean professional appearance.
• Ensure work area is clean when finished.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.
