Job summary

Primech A&P is seeking Cleaning Supervisors to lead cleaning teams at multiple Singapore sites, including Toa Payoh and Changi Airport. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high cleanliness and safety standards, and foster a productive work environment.

Responsibilities include manpower planning, scheduling, inspections, toolbox briefings, reporting, and coordination with staff and clients. Weekend availability and driving will be advantageous in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and supplies.
• Possession of valid Class 3/3A driving license advantageous.
• Multilingual, able to communicate with clients and cleaning staff in professional settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays if needed.

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring the team maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Vacancies:

• Toa Payoh: 5.5 days, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm
• Changi Airport: 6 days, 7am-3pm / 3pm-11pm / 11pm-7am

Responsibilities:

• Manpower planning and allocation
• Scheduling and attendance taking of cleaning staff
• Conducting inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular toolbox briefing
• Job completion compilation
• Emailing responses, coordination with cleaning staff and clients
• (If applicable) Transport equipment and supplies across different sites

Requirements:

• Willing and able to work on weekends and public holidays if needed
