The Canteen Full-Time Helper assists in daily operations, including food preparation, serving, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards. The role ensures efficient service and customer satisfaction while adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.

• Assist in preparing ingredients and basic cooking tasks as directed.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in an orderly manner.
• Refill food stations and maintain an adequate supply of meals.
• Follow portion control and quality standards.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment after use.
• Keep the canteen area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and food preparation areas.
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per regulations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register. (if required)
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Restock condiments, utensils, and napkins as needed.
• Assist in checking and storing food supplies and ingredients.
• Report low stock levels or any damages to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper storage of food items to maintain freshness.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
• With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
• Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday

• With valid original barangay and police clearance
