You will engage students, plan recruitment campaigns, manage candidate applications, and help with onboarding for interns and graduates. You will coordinate events, screening, assessments, and reporting to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting campus TA activities and recruitment campaigns.
• Ability to manage candidate applications with care throughout selection stages.
• Experience organizing assessment centers and candidate communications.
• Ability to prepare reports and assist with onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Campus Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers.
• Engage and attract students to EY career opportunities.
• Plan and deliver recruitment campaigns for EY service lines and geographies.
• Coordinate logistics for recruitment events (virtual and in-person).
• Screen applications and maintain candidate care during selection.
• Organize assessment centers and prepare materials.
• Run reports and analyze data.
• Assist with onboarding for casuals, interns and graduates.
• Coordinate logistics for Early Identification Programs.
