Job summary

ByteDance Philippines is seeking a motivated undergraduate or master’s student to support end-to-end campaign analytics in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will help track metrics, clean data, maintain dashboards, and prepare insights for cross-functional teams.

You'll work with Channel/Category/Content teams, use Excel/Sheets, and leverage Figma or Canva for light design tasks. This internship offers hands-on learning in data analytics, reporting, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in business or related field.
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva for simple designs or presentations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, basic analysis).
• Interest in data analytics and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign data tracking and reporting to monitor performance metrics such as GMV, orders, participation, and achievement rates.
• Support data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Help maintain and improve campaign trackers and dashboards for accuracy and usability.
• Assist in project coordination, including timeline tracking, task follow-ups, and documentation.
• Create basic visual assets or presentation materials using Figma and/or Canva for internal reporting or campaign support.
• Support post-campaign reviews by organizing data and insights into structured summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Category, Content, and Creator teams.
