Job summary

ByteDance in Taguig is seeking a project intern to support commerce ops with hands-on exposure to end-to-end lifecycle management of creator growth and e-commerce initiatives.

You will participate in growth, retention, and optimization efforts for creators on our eCommerce Platform, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced tech environment. A minimum three-month commitment is encouraged, with rolling review of applications.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student currently enrolled in a university with a relevant degree (Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, etc.)
• Familiarity with content platforms or digital media
• Excellent communication skills for occasional webinars and team reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines accurately and on-time
• Affinity with data and strong problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma or Canva

Responsibilities

• Campaign planning for category events, Super brand day and other major seller & brand marketing campaigns.
• Comprehensive understanding of Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy.
• Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, creator sourcing, product delivery track, and communication with cross functional teams.
• Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation.
• Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties
