Job summary

ShopeePay in Manila is seeking a capable marketing professional to oversee end-to-end campaigns—from concept through execution and post-mortem analysis.

You will monitor KPIs, prepare management reports, and continuously recalibrate campaigns based on performance data, collaborating with Budget & Planning, Business Development, Operations and Product Management to drive impactful results.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Fintech or e-commerce marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments with a growth mindset and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end campaigns including conceptualization, execution, and post mortem.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Recalibrate and/or innovate campaigns based on performance data.
• Ensure smooth, timely and impactful executions with continuous process optimization.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams (Budget & Planning, Business Development, Operations, Product Management).
