Job Overview
The Campaign Supervisor/Lead is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across Wonder Maker Group's portfolio of Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, and Lifestyle brands. This role ensures every campaign, from product launches and mega-sale events to seasonal activations and brand initiatives are executed seamlessly across digital, e-commerce, retail, PR, influencer, and trade marketing channels.
Working closely with Brand Managers, Assistant Brand Managers, Creative, E-Commerce, Media Buying, PR & Influencer, Trade Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, the Campaign Manager serves as the central project lead, ensuring campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional execution remain aligned to achieve business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage the master marketing calendar across all brands and business units.
- Lead integrated campaign planning from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial priorities.
- Plan and coordinate product launches, mega-sale campaigns, seasonal promotions, retail activations, and brand initiatives.
- Define campaign timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Cross-Functional Campaign Management
- Coordinate campaign execution across Brand, Creative, E-Commerce, Media Buying, PR & Influencer, Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Ensure all campaign assets, promotional mechanics, product availability, and marketing deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Facilitate regular campaign meetings and monitor project progress to proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Execution & Quality Assurance
- Monitor campaign implementation to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure campaigns meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Support Assistant Brand Managers and Brand Managers in executing integrated marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign readiness across online and offline channels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign performance, timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign results.
- Prepare campaign recap reports, performance analyses, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Monitor campaign ROI, customer engagement, and execution effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external agencies, production partners, suppliers, influencers, and retail partners as needed.
- Manage campaign communications across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all campaign partners are aligned with objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Process Improvement
- Develop standardized campaign planning frameworks, project trackers, and execution workflows.
- Continuously improve campaign management processes to increase efficiency, collaboration, and execution quality.
- Maintain campaign documentation, calendars, and project records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Campaign Management, Brand Marketing, Project Management, Integrated Marketing, or Marketing Communications.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, retail, social media, PR, influencer, and offline channels.
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods industries is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple campaigns, timelines, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Lark, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
