DIPH in Cebu City is seeking a Campaign Launch & Implementation Manager to own end-to-end client campaign implementation—from onboarding handoff to launch and initial stabilization. You will coordinate integrations, configuration, scripts, data, and dependencies to ensure launch readiness and adherence to timelines.
You will work with clients, fulfillment partners, IT, and campaign operations to translate requirements into actionable tasks, track milestones, and validate all components before
DIPH is a client-focused organization built around fast, accurate, and reliable execution. We coordinate across clients, fulfillment partners, technical teams, and campaign operations to ensure every client engagement moves efficiently from onboarding to launch.
Our success depends on disciplined execution, strong communication, technical coordination, and operational ownership. Every campaign must be built correctly, tested thoroughly, and launched on time.
The Campaign Launch & Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end operational and technical implementation of client campaigns from the point of handoff through successful launch and initial stabilization.
This role takes fully documented client requirements from the onboarding process and translates them into a launch-ready campaign—coordinating integrations, fulfillment requirements, campaign configuration, scripts, links, phone numbers, technical dependencies, QA, and internal handoffs.
The Manager serves as the central point of coordination between the client, fulfillment partners, IT, campaign operations, SMS/affiliate teams, and other internal stakeholders, ensuring that every dependency is identified, tracked, resolved, and completed before launch.
The role is accountable not simply for completing setup tasks, but for ensuring that campaigns are accurate, functional, launch-ready, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Why This Role Matters:
The quality and speed of implementation directly affect time-to-launch, client experience, operational efficiency, and revenue activation. This role owns the operational and technical backbone that turns a signed client engagement into a functioning campaign.
Take ownership of each campaign immediately upon receiving a complete handoff from the Onboarding team.
Review client requirements, offer details, technical requirements, and campaign objectives before beginning implementation.
Translate client requirements into clear implementation tasks, dependencies, milestones, and launch requirements.
Build and configure campaign components according to established SOPs, specifications, and quality standards.
Determine the systems, integrations, access, data, links, phone numbers, scripts, and other requirements necessary for launch.
Maintain ownership of the campaign from initial handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and SLA adherence.
Identify required CRM, store, webhook, API, fulfillment, or other platform integrations based on the campaign structure.
Request and coordinate required access directly with clients, fulfillment centers, or other authorized stakeholders.
Provide clear technical instructions to clients and partners regarding required access, credentials, configuration, or integration steps.
Coordinate with fulfillment centers to obtain required integration information, product/SKU details, offer specifications, and other launch dependencies.
Validate that required integrations are properly connected and functioning before launch.
Monitor data flow and identify issues involving webhooks, lead transmission, CRM connectivity, links, or campaign routing.
Troubleshoot integration issues independently where possible and elevate technical issues to IT or the appropriate technical owner with clear documentation and reproduction details.
Maintain accurate documentation of integration requirements, configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Configure campaign flows based on the client's offer and operational requirements, which may include:
Phone and SMS abandoned-cart recovery flows.
Buyer upsell and cross-sell flows.
Customer activation campaigns.
Lead follow-up and reactivation flows.
Other campaign-specific call, SMS, or customer engagement workflows.
Ensure campaign logic, routing, triggers, offers, and required customer information are accurately reflected in the final implementation.
Develop campaign scripts based on the client's TSL link, approved offer materials, or detailed offer information.
Translate complex client offers into clear, operationally usable sales and support scripts.
Ensure scripts accurately reflect the client's offer, product information, customer journey, eligibility requirements, and intended call objective.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders when clarification or approval is required.
Ensure final scripts are available and approved before campaign launch.
Own the pre-launch quality gate for every campaign.
Before submitting a campaign for launch, verify that:
Client requirements are complete and accurately reflected.
Required integrations and access have been established.
Webhooks/data connections are functioning.
Required SKUs, offer details, and fulfillment information are complete.
Campaign flows are configured correctly.
Scripts are complete and aligned with the approved offer.
Phone numbers and campaign assignments are correct.
SMS/affiliate links are accurate and functional.
Required IT configurations have been submitted.
Required internal handoffs have been completed.
Known issues and risks have been resolved or formally escalated.
Campaign is operationally ready for launch.
Conduct appropriate testing and validation before launch and document any defects, exceptions, or unresolved risks.
The Manager should operate as the final operational checkpoint before a campaign moves into production, consistent with modern campaign-operations practices emphasizing QA gates, launch readiness, and error prevention.
Submit completed campaign builds to IT through Monday.com for dialer and system configuration.
Provide IT with complete, accurate, and actionable implementation requirements.
Coordinate campaign creation and assignment of support phone numbers for Customer Activation campaigns.
Provide required offer names, campaign specifications, routing information, and supporting details.
Submit affiliate and SMS links to the SMS Set-Up team through the established Monday.com workflow.
Monitor internal tasks and dependencies until completion rather than relying solely on handoff.
Follow up proactively on outstanding technical requirements and elevate blockers when necessary.
Act as a primary operational contact during the campaign implementation phase.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding technical requirements, missing information, implementation status, and launch readiness.
Coordinate directly with fulfillment centers when additional information or technical clarification is required.
Set clear expectations regarding required deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
Proactively identify potential delays before they affect the launch date.
Escalate client or partner blockers with recommended solutions rather than simply reporting problems.
Maintain a professional client experience throughout implementation.
Coordinate the final transition from campaign build to live operation.
Confirm that campaign components are functioning as intended after launch.
Verify that leads/data are flowing correctly into the appropriate systems.
Validate webhooks, SMS links, phone routing, and campaign functionality.
Monitor initial launch activity for configuration issues or unexpected behavior.
Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of launch-related issues quickly.
Document recurring issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future occurrences.
Complete campaign closeout documentation once the implementation is stable.
Modern implementation roles increasingly extend beyond technical setup to go-live readiness and early post-launch stabilization, ensuring that implementation produces actual operational readiness rather than simply completing a checklist.
Identify recurring implementation issues, delays, errors, and sources of rework.
Recommend improvements to campaign setup, integration, QA, documentation, and handoff processes.
Develop and maintain implementation checklists, SOPs, templates, and troubleshooting guides.
Standardize repeatable campaign implementation workflows where appropriate.
Track recurring defects and identify root causes.
Work with leadership and internal teams to improve campaign launch speed, quality, and scalability.
Contribute to automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve implementation reliability.
Leading campaign-operations roles increasingly emphasize SOPs, repeatable launch frameworks, QA standards, retrospectives, error reduction, and continuous improvement, which is a useful distinction between a manager-level implementation role and an administrative setup position.
The Campaign Launch & Implementation Manager is expected to manage toward measurable operational outcomes, including:

Launch Accuracy: Campaigns launched without preventable configuration errors.
First-Time-Right Rate: Percentage of campaigns requiring no significant rework after submission.

Blocker Resolution Time: Speed of identifying, escalating, and resolving implementation blockers.
Post-Launch Defect Rate: Frequency of issues discovered after launch.

Documentation Compliance: Completeness and accuracy of campaign records and implementation documentation.

Familiarity with QA methodologies and launch-readiness processes.
Experience creating SOPs, implementation playbooks, and process documentation.
