Job summary

Thakral One in the Philippines is seeking a Solutions Designer – Campaign and API Integration to design and implement integration solutions connecting campaign systems with backend services and event-driven platforms.

You will oversee regression testing, validate endpoints, collaborate with API developers, and document architectural decisions. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid setup (BGC/Client-site as required).

Qualifications

• Experience in API integrations and backend service design.
• Understanding event-driven architectures and messaging systems (Kafka preferred).
• Experience with campaign systems, marketing platforms, or workflow-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement updates enabling campaigns to consume from new Kafka topics.
• Analyse campaign flows to ensure integration with messaging streams.
• Design and update secure, scalable integration endpoints.
• Validate API behaviours and integration flows with development teams.
• Oversee regression testing and assess downstream impacts.
• Document designs, workflows, and architectural decisions.
