Job summary

Thakral One in the Philippines is seeking a Solutions Designer – Campaign and API Integration to design and implement integration solutions connecting campaign systems with backend services and event-driven platforms.

You will oversee regression testing, validate endpoints, collaborate with API developers, and document architectural decisions. The role requires strong analytical thinking and the ability to work cross-functionally in a hybrid setup (BGC/Client-site as required).

As a Solutions Designer – Campaign and API Integration, you will design and implement integration solutions that connect campaign systems with backend services and event‑driven platforms. You will ensure smooth consumption of new Kafka topics, validate endpoint changes, and oversee regression testing to maintain stable and reliable campaign operations.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Essential Responsibilities (Critical to the Role)

1. Campaign Integration Design

• Design and implement updates enabling campaign systems to consume from new Kafka topics.
• Analyse existing campaign flows to ensure proper integration with messaging streams.
• Align campaign logic and processing with updated data ingestion structures.

2. Integration Endpoint Design

• Design and update integration endpoints to meet new campaign integration requirements.
• Ensure endpoints are secure, scalable, and aligned with architecture standards.
• Validate API behaviours and integration flows with development teams.

3. Regression Testing Oversight

• Oversee regression testing for campaigns affected by integration changes.
• Identify system dependencies and downstream impacts.
• Ensure all integration updates are validated before production deployment.

Additional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with API developers and engineering teams to implement integration changes.
• Conduct solution reviews to ensure architectural alignment.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for integration issues.
• Document designs, workflows, and architectural decisions.
• Participate in deployment planning and release readiness.
