Job summary

Welltech Service Corporation, a long-standing calibration and instrumentation specialist in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated calibration technician to join our Mandaluyong head office. You will conduct instrument calibration, maintain records, and support procedures in line with ISO and Metrology standards.

The role involves on-site field assignments across Laguna, Valenzuela, Pampanga, and other client sites, requiring honest, detail-oriented teamwork and a willingness to travel as

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or Instrumentation Technology.
• 3+ years in Process Instrumentation, Laboratory Instrumentation, or Metrology preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017 is advantageous.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City (head office) and may be assigned field work across the Philippines.

• Calibrate process instruments, laboratory equipment, and other devices per ISO/Metrology standards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain instruments for optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calibration of process instruments, laboratory equipment, and other devices in accordance with ISO and Metrology standards.
• Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of instruments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate calibration records and certificates.
• Perform quality audit functions.
• Support the development and implementation of calibration procedures.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and client requirements.
• Provide technical support and solutions to clients regarding instrument calibration.

About you

• Graduate of any Engineering or Instrumentation Technology course.
• Good academic background and excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Instrumentation, Laboratory Instrumentation, or Metrology is highly preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, and Metrology Standards is a significant advantage.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City ( head office)
• Can be assigned field work to our projects in Laguna, Valenzuela , Pampanga , or any other project anywhere in the Philippines , if needed.
