Job summary

little pumpkin in Makati is seeking a reliable Baker/Cake Decorator for our small team. You will bake our signature Basque cheesecakes, decorate according to designs, and assist with order coordination.

Training will cover recipes, production, decoration techniques, packing, and customer inquiries. Prior baking or decorating experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. An incentive program rewards every cake completed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with delivery riders for on-time dispatch.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Baker / Cake Decorator to join our small team in Makati.

The role involves preparing and baking our signature Basque cheesecakes, decorating cakes according to our designs, preparing cake decorations, carefully packing orders, booking delivery riders, and assisting with customer inquiries and order coordination.

Training will be provided for our recipes, production process, decoration techniques, packing procedures, and order handling. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, works efficiently, follows instructions carefully, maintains cleanliness, and takes pride in producing high-quality cakes.

Previous baking or cake decorating experience is preferred, but we are also open to applicants who are willing to learn and have a strong work ethic.

Additional incentive is provided for every cake completed. There is no limit to the amount of incentive you can earn.
