Job summary

CBTL (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) is seeking a Training Specialist to design, facilitate, and evaluate programs that boost knowledge, skills, and performance across store teams. You will partner with Operations to ensure consistent customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

You will design materials, lead onboarding, and support product rollouts and campaigns. Travel to multiple store locations is expected to deliver effective coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, psychology, hospitality, business, education).
• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Operations, preferably in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience in classroom facilitation, coaching, and instructional design.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willing to travel to store locations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training programs and materials for store teams and leaders.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher trainings for new hires and existing staff.
• Support rollout of new products, campaigns, and operational initiatives through training programs.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide on-the-job coaching to staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and track completion and compliance.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and logistics.
• Stay updated on L&D trends and suggest innovative approaches.
• Support leadership development and succession planning for store operations.
