Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH in Tuguegarao is hiring a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) at SM Tuguegarao. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily operations, and ensure service standards to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales, P&L, inventory, ordering and expenses, preparing operational reports, ensuring staffing, product quality and cleanliness, and driving store targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries
• Experience in people/team management
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
