Table Group Inc. in Iloilo City is seeking a Cafe Deputy (Store Supervisor) for SM Iloilo. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily store operations and service standards, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring P&L, inventory, ordering, and expenses; preparing operational reports; ensuring staffing, product quality, cleanliness, and CBTL's FROTH values; you will work shifting weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
• With experience in people/team management
• Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the cafe team.
