• Plans and executes all sales promotions effectively and efficiently
• Promotes and practices safe work habits, reporting potential safety hazards and incidents
• Sets objectives that engage Team Members to work as a Team
• Provides guidance and leads by example to ensure systems and policies are followed
• Confronts unethical behavior and addresses deviations promptly
• Coaches and develops Team Members for the next level
• Ensures every guest has a positive customer experience
• Responds proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situations
• Ensures store issues are resolved within an acceptable time frame
• Assesses staffing to provide efficient, friendly, superior service
• Plots Team Member rosters appropriately and in a timely manner
• Completes required paperwork and executes proper course of action
• Manages resources to ensure the store is profitable
• Works closely with the District Manager to ensure sales growth
