Job summary

QUAD-R Building Solutions is seeking a Cadet Surveyor to lead spatial data collection, topographic mapping, and dimensional control for construction projects. You will bridge field work with senior management, ensuring accurate site layouts, elevations, and alignments in line with contract drawings and specifications.

You will supervise survey crews, manage documentation, and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support contract evaluation and project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• 1 year of relevant construction surveying or geodetic experience preferred.
• Proficient with surveying instruments and interpreting drawings.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee layout, staking, and dimensional control for project structures and earthworks.
• Manage survey schedule and resolve geometric discrepancies to keep progress on track.
• Review and maintain survey documentation including topographic and boundary surveys.
• Prepare and verify survey data for contract evaluation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Subcontractors on alignments and elevations.
• Supervise survey assistants and coordinate with client representatives.
