Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical and/or Relevant degree or equivalent.
• Graduate of Tool and Die Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of international standards (ASME, ANSI, JIS, GB, Indian, etc.) and related codes is an advantage.
• Physically healthy, mentally sound, good moral standing, and willing to be trained.
• Proficient in both oral and written English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D drawings and models using CAD software based on the given timeline.
• Perform self-checking of created drawings or models and revise as needed.
• Support senior designers in drafting technical drawings.
• Learn and apply design standards to ensure output quality.
• Make basic revisions to drawings under supervision.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers on project requirements.
• Attend drawing exercises and training courses.
• Attend product, manufacturing, and construction knowledge lectures.
• Attend Japanese Language Class (basic).
• Act with awareness and motivation as a project detailer.
• Ensure quality, process, and cost (time) of projects.
• Help achieve business plan goals for product sales.
• Set tasks and create action plans to reach team goals.
• Cooperate with the team and encourage communication.
• Communicate with customer representatives and negotiate within the team.
• Maintain focus on QCD and pursue skills and business knowledge.
