As Cadet Engineer, you will master plant system functionality, operational standards, and maintenance procedures. Guided by sound engineering principles, safety regulations, and company policies, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with the Technical Training and Operation & Maintenance team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

System & Operational Mastery: Learn and apply plant system functionality, equipment operation standards, and maintenance procedures. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities by observing, supporting, and progressively building hands‑on involvement. Actively participate in special projects assigned by leadership to apply and reinforce acquired engineering knowledge and skills.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all tasks align with sound engineering practices, safety codes, and organizational policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Departmental Immersion: Partner with Technical Training, O&M, and key functional groups to observe, learn, and execute duties accurately and safely.
Professional Growth: Actively engage in technical training and mentorship to continually sharpen your engineering skills.
