Maintenance Planning Assistance

Support the Maintenance Planning team in developing and updating maintenance schedules. Help in tracking and documenting completed and upcoming maintenance tasks. Assist in analyzing maintenance data to improve operational efficiency.

Materials Control and Reporting

• Assist in reviewing and monitoring the availability of materials needed for maintenance activities.
• Participate in weekly materials inventory review and report preparation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely material replenishment.

Procurement Coordination

• Assist in liaising with suppliers and vendors for procurement-related activities.
• Support in reviewing purchase requests and ensuring alignment with operational needs.
• Help in tracking orders and following up on deliveries to maintain workflow continuity.

Job Requirements
