You will work closely with the Technical Training and Operation & Maintenance team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• System & Operational Mastery: Learn and apply plant system functionality, equipment operation standards, and maintenance procedures. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities by observing, supporting, and progressively building hands-on involvement. Actively participate in special projects assigned by leadership to apply and reinforce acquired engineering knowledge and skills.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all tasks align with sound engineering practices, safety codes, and organizational policies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Departmental Immersion: Partner with Technical Training, O&M, and key functional groups to observe, learn, and execute duties accurately and safely.
