Job summary

Machinebanks Corporation is seeking a Technical Service Support professional to provide technical assistance and services to customers and internal teams. You will ensure proper installation, operation, maintenance, and application of assigned products.

Depending on qualifications, you may be assigned to CADCAM or Machine Tools, and you will conduct product demonstrations, on-site trials, and regional travel to support customers and the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; college-level education or technical/vocational qualification with substantial relevant experience.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing/machine tools/CNC operations/product servicing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CADCAM software, CNC operations, machine tools, and mechanical/electrical or industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical, electrical, or wiring diagrams.
• Willing to travel regionally or nationally; driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Install, operate, and maintain assigned products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and on-site trials.
• Travel regionally or nationally as required.
